More than ever, technology is shaping our physical ways of working.  We are moving beyond automation as a tool for speeding up human tasks, into an era where we can achieve things that were previously thought impossible. Business leaders need to make a call on how and when to engage in the waves of change being driven by the Industrial Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, AI and machine learning.  

Successfully transforming business requires much more than technology though, it requires the integration of process, data, people, and project and change management.  

Most of all it requires business leaders and owners to have a vision, and a roadmap of how they plan to get there.

I've worked with global companies, SMEs and Government in Australia, Europe and the USA to design and deploy supply chain and technology solutions across Pharma, IT, Electronics, and Oil and Gas.  Each solution unique, but built on foundations of good practice and system design.

I work directly as a project and program manager for selected assignments where I can make a material difference. I also consult with business leaders and owners on

supply chain strategy and technology roadmap development.
